Daniele Moretti, General Coordinator of Italian building materials network 4BILD, is set to present at the BMF Annual Members Conference in September, offering insight into distribution models and supply chain integration across Northern Italy.
The event, organised by the Builders Merchants Federation, will take place at the The Belfry Hotel & Resort on 16–17 September.
4BILD operates as a network connecting manufacturers, contractors and designers, combining building materials distribution with design and technical services.
The organisation’s model is designed to integrate multiple stages of the construction process, with a focus on improving coordination across the supply chain.
A key element of its approach includes sustainability and resource management, particularly through its involvement in the REC (Construction Circular Recovery) Consortium, which focuses on the reuse and recycling of construction and demolition waste.
International perspective on materials and sustainability
Moretti is expected to outline how the Italian market is developing more integrated and service-led distribution systems, alongside the role of circular economy principles within construction materials supply.
